Terms of Service
I. General Terms
1. Prior to commissioning the artist, the client must provide neat references and descriptions
2. Bear in mind the things the artist is willing to draw and what they will not draw.

What the artist can draw: humanoids (real life people included!), Furry, Fantasy races, Game Avatars, Fanart and NSFW (to a certain extent).

What the artist cannot draw: Extreme Gore and Mecha
3. The artist reserves the right to decline the commission on the grounds of any ill behavior and failure to follow the terms listed in this site.
4. Please do note the prices listed are BASE prices and there may be extra charges for complexities.
5. The client will be given an estimated turnaround based on what they are commissioning, and it can vary depending on its complexity and the current workload the artist has.
II. Payment
Payment will be done through Paypal Invoice. The client must pay in full upfront or at least 50% prior to the sketch then pay the other half once the final product is approved. The high resolution file will only be turned over after complete payment.
No refunds will be awarded after payment. Any undue and false chargebacks against the artist will result in the client to losing any rights to use the commission and will prevent them from commissioning the artist in the future.
III. During Commission
1. The client has the right to ask for updates on a reasonable basis.
2. The artist will send WIPs 2-3 times a week at least.
3. The client may ask for any minor edits during the commission and are free of charge. However, any major edits will incur a charge of 25% of the total price agreed upon prior.
4. The artist will inform the client of any fortuitous events that may cause unusual delays to the commission process.
5. The client may not request the deadline agreed upon prior to be moved to an earlier date.
6. The client must maintain contact with the artist and provide any alternative means of contacting them. If the client cuts off contact for a minimum of 1 week would conclude the commission and no refunds will be awarded.
IV. Post Commission
1. The artist will still maintain full rights to the artwork, allowing them to post it in their portfolio and social media accounts.
2. The intellectual property of the client will remain theirs.
3. The client has rights to personal usage of the artwork and is not allowed to reproduce, alter, modify nor sell the artwork.
4. Under no circumstances will the client be allowed to erase, blur or omit the signature of the artist.
5. Reposting and sharing of the artwork by the client in their social media accounts is allowed for as long as proper credit is given to the artist.
By commissiong the artist, the client agrees to these terms.
